When you receive a delivery, ensure your staff knows to check that the products received align with the delivery slip before signing off. Whenever possible, incorrectly delivered items should be refused at point of delivery. This is the easiest way to make sure you have all the items you need, and avoid setting up a future return for an incorrect product. For more info on this, see our Return Policy.


If you've already accepted the delivery in full, please alert the Customer Success team within:

  • 3 business days from delivery for Produce/Perishables

  • 15 business days from delivery for Shelf-stable products

Incorrect Product(s) Delivered Instead of an item you ordered 

  1. Please reach out to us via chat or email.

  2. We will resend the correct product free of charge at the earliest possible time.

  3. We ask that you please do not open or use the product while you are awaiting pick up. If for whatever reason the product cannot be picked up, then we will be in touch to coordinate either using or disposing of the item(s) as you see fit.

  2. You may choose between keeping the extra product at cost, or request a return pickup along with your next delivery. Please note that if your staff signs for all product received and no return is facilitated within 14 days, the additional total will be charged to your account.
