How do I view my app sales history?

To view your cups App sales history, enter the cups App section of your Dashboard and click on Reports.

Here, you can filter by dates to view a full overview of sales for any given time period. You can view all drinks sold, as well as extras and tips to be paid out to your staff. Easily export all sales data for a given time period by clicking Export Full Report.

When can I expect payment for cups App sales?

Payments are processed the first week of each month for the previous month's sales. Your Dashboard payment history is updated to reflect payment history.

If you believe there has been an error in payment for your app sales, please contact your account manager.

How do I receive payment for app transactions?

You are paid based on the retail value of your menu, as listed in the Cafe Info section of your Dashboard under cups App. Payment is sent via direct deposit to your bank account on file per the terms of your app agreement.

I need to update my menu.

No problem! Please email an up-to-date photo of your printed menu and your account manager will update your app menu within 3 business days. Please note pricing on your cups App menu must reflect pricing offered in-store for all customers. No increases to standard menu pricing will be honored.

How do I know if my cafe information is accurate?

Head to the Cafe Info section of your cups App Dashboard to review all menu details and pricing, location information, social media links, and your 4-digit cups code.

Need to update your info? Simply Request a Change through this page and your account manager will sort it out.

I need to update the bank account associated with my location.

Please contact us directly if you need to update payment. Please allow up to 3 business days to update your account. If you do not update account information before payment has processed to an outdated account, payment will not be resent until the funds have been returned to our account.
