It is top priority to keep you informed of stock status for supplies on your dashboard. You can quickly determine stock status by viewing the product you wish to purchase.

Out of stock:

Known out of stock products cannot be purchased until they've been restocked. Out of stock products will look like this:

Backordered:

A backordered product can be pre-ordered and will be delivered separately from the rest of your order, once the product has been restocked. A backordered product will ship in 2-4 weeks and will look like this:

In Stock:

In stock products are readily available to order for the supplier's next delivery day. An in stock product will look like this:

What happens if I order something and the product is out of stock or backordered?

Make sure to check your email for a "Stock update" email from community@cupsworks.com. We will detail any updates to your products, expected delivery date, and any possible substitutions. Our top priority is to get you the right products as soon as possible!

Note: you will still receive a stock update email even when you order a backordered item with info on when to expect your product.
