Let's find the product you're looking for.

I've ordered the item through the dashboard before.

You can find your past purchases in the first section of the Supplies page. From there you can browse by category. Browse by category by clicking on the dropdown menu that is circled in the image below.

I saw the item before but can't find it now.

Can't seem to find that specialty product you spotted before? Try searching keywords in the search bar at the top site. 

Pro tip: Favorite items that catch your eye so you can easily find them later! You can find your favorites here or by selecting Favorites in the left navigation in the Supplies section.

If you still can't find the product, it may have been discontinued. Chat us and we'll provide a clear answer for you. If your search has turned up no results, reach out to us with your request (in as much detail as possible!)

Is the product you need not listed in your store?

Still can't seem to find the product you need in your store? Request a new product!

Requesting a New Product

Reach out to us via chat or by emailing community@cupsworks.com with as much detail as you can muster about the product you need. If the product is available from an existing supplier partner, we should be able to add it to your dashboard within 2-3 business days. If it's not, we'll provide you with the best possible alternative and flag your request with our Partnerships team for future reference.

When will my product request go live?

In most cases, if we're able to source your requested product it should be added to your store within 2-3 business days. If we aren't able to find the right product right away, we'll keep it on our source list and make sure you're the first to know when it's available to order.
