Order Cutoff Times
To meet the needs of all of our coffee shop and supplier partners, we process orders 9am-4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after 4:30pm EST will be processed first thing the following business day.
Orders for some suppliers must be submitted earlier in the day in order to make it out for the next possible delivery day:

It's after order cutoff time, but I need a delivery tomorrow. Can you push my order through?
Delivery cutoff times are in place to ensure your order can be packed according to schedule, and suppliers require this notice so your order can be appropriately loaded and routed. Unfortunately we can't "push" any orders through after cutoff for next-day delivery. Submit your order now and it will be processed first thing the following business day.
Delivery Timing & Expectations
How do I know when to expect my delivery?
Once you've added items to your cart, you'll see an overview of delivery timing for each supplier in your cart and in checkout (circled in red below.)
Once your order is submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation email to the email address(es) associated with your location, which will include these same delivery details.
Dashboard delivery ETAs generally err on the side of caution. You may receive your delivery prior to the date noted in your dashboard, depending on that suppliers' routing and shipping schedule.
If I order now, can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Absolutely! If you prefer to get your ordering done in advance, we are happy to schedule your delivery for a future date. Please contact your Customer Success Manager within 1 hour of submitting your order, and no later than 4:30 PM EST day-of-submission.
When is scheduling in advance best practice? Here are some examples:
You like to get your supplies in order for each week on Monday, but you won't have the space to restock until Wednesday. --> Request Wednesday delivery.
You need to restock dairy milks ASAP, but it's Friday and you are closed on Saturdays. --> Request Monday delivery.
You need baked goods delivered over the weekend or on a specific date. --> Request your preferred delivery date.
Some suppliers deliver early in the morning, potentially before your store opens for the day. To help us ensure these deliveries go smoothly, please contact your Customer Success Manager to set up a key exchange.
Please note: A key exchange or lock box code is required for ongoing deliveries of baked goods from Featherstone.
A key exchange or lockbox is highly encouraged for CLW (NYC/Brooklyn) and Challenge Dairy
What if I don't receive my delivery on the date stated in my dashboard?
If it's past 3pm on the day you expect your delivery, and you have not yet received it, give us a shout at email@example.com and we'll check up on the delivery status for you. If it has been a day or more since you expected to receive your delivery, please reach out to us ASAP to avoid further delay.
Sometimes, orders sent via ground shipping may be delayed in transit. Check the tracking information linked in your order history to follow its journey to you.
Can my delivery be scheduled within a certain window of time?
Most deliveries will be made within your business' opening hours. If you would like to request a certain timeframe for delivery, please contact your account manager and we will request your preferred delivery window with the supplier(s.) We are unable to guarantee exact delivery timing, as it may vary by order volume and the supplier's route that day.
I need cups delivered tomorrow, but I've never ordered from this supplier before. Is there anything special I have to do?
If this is your first time ordering from a new supplier, extra notice may be required to appropriately route your delivery. Please allow up to 4-7 business days to receive your first delivery for the following suppliers:
